JAMB 2022 Result is Out: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of the results of this year Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

However, the examination panel noted in a statement shared on Saturday afternoon and signed by the head of its public affairs and protocol unit, Fabian Benjamin. JAMB says only numbers used by candidates to register for the exam qualify sending the codes to see the results.

To summarize, “To check the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) result, all a candidate needs to do is to simply send UTMERESULT to 55019 using the same phone number that he/she had used for registration and the result would be returned as a text message. This is the only way to check the JAMB 2022 results, as the Board has not uploaded them to the website for obvious reasons.

“Furthermore, candidates have been warned that as usual they will receive all sorts of messages from scammers desperate about how to check their results other than those stated above. The Board therefore urges all applicants to ignore such reports on how to check their UTME 2022 results. because they are all products of deceit aimed at misleading them.”

JAMB added that in line with its desire to adhere to government protocols for ease of doing business, JAMB has “established an easy-to-use and simplified process for checking JAMB UTME results 2022”.

“Furthermore, this streamlined process will serve to prevent the unscrupulous exploitation of candidates from the Shylock business center and internet cafes that often take advantage of unlucky candidates,” he added.

This year’s UTME is being held at 750 computer centers across the country and takes place between Friday 6 May and Friday 13 May 2022.

According to the Examination Board, more than 1.7 million candidates took the exam, including 383 blind candidates.

    But they are telling me invalid email pls specify a valid email

  7. When I send UTMERESULT to 55019 and they replied result is not release yet even this morning being 30th of may, what will be my expectation, I mean do I have issue with my Jamb or what?
